Air Travel:
George Bush International Airport (IAH) is located on the north side of Houston
about 37 miles form ski site. The drive is about 50 minutes in low traffic time and
about 70+ minutes in high traffic time. All major airlines. The most direct route is
the Sam Houston Toll Road and US Hwy 290. Take Sam Houston Toll Road West
to US Hwy 290. Take US Hwy 290 West to Spring Cypress / Fry Road / Cypress
Rose Hill exit. Stay on feeder road to 2nd red light. Turn north (right) on Cypress
Rose Hill Road and continue about 5 miles. Turn right into the Lakes at Cypress
Hill subdivision. Come to far (east) end of lake to boat ramp and bridge area.
William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is located on the south side of Houston about 48
miles form ski site. The drive is about 60 minutes in low traffic time and can be 2
hours in high traffic time. Southwest Airlines is the primary carrier. Most direct
route is I-610 West to US HWY 290 West. Take US Hwy 290 West to Spring
Cypress / Fry Road / Cypress Rose Hill exit. Stay on feeder road to 2nd red light.
Turn north (right) on Cypress Rose Hill Road and continue about 5 miles. Turn
right into the Lakes at Cypress Hill subdivision. Come to far (east) end of lake to
boat ramp and bridge area.
